What is PostOnce?

The PostOnce solution has been developed by Webtech IT Solutions (Webtech). Webtech has over 10 years experience in website development and computer programming. One of Webtech’s main achievements is the development of the Real Estate portal www.realestateview.com.au which is consistently ranked in the top 5 Real Estate portals in Australia based on traffic by independent web traffic analysis companies ‘Hitwise’ and ‘Nielsen NetRatings’. Realestateview has the ability to mulitload to both realestate.com.au and domain.com.au giving Webtech a large amount of experience in the field of multiloading.

Webtech has done IT contract work for CareersMultiList, providing them with a multiloading solution for their 100 plus recruitment companies. Hence Webtech has experience in multiloading for the recruitment industry. Webtech has also been contracted by jobsjobsjobs to provide the core search engine for the recruitment portal. This provided Webtech with extra experience and knowledge in the recruitment industry.

PostOnce has been developed as a lightweight solution that provides what the majority of recruitment companies need, thus removing unnecessary overheads and costs. It is a cost effective solution that will provide for the requirements of most recruitment companies. PostOnce is all about saving time money.

PostOnce provides core functionality such as:

Job Posting:

PostOnce core function is a job mulitloader. A user of PostOnce has the ability to input and edit their jobs and their job details will be sent to the appropriate job boards such as Seek, MyCareer, CareerOne, JobX and jobsjobsjobs. Single data entry and the need to only learn one system is a time saver.

Copy Job from Archive:

PostOnce can store all previous jobs in an archive. You can search the archive or when creating a new job there is the ability to copy an old job from the archive and make it a new job. This prevents the time consuming process of creating a new job from scratch and helps when the user can not remember the details of a job such as the description entered previously.

Job Quota System:

PostOnce provides a quota system. A user tends to purchase a certain number of jobs per month for the various job boards. The quota system can be setup for a complete year with how many jobs are permitted to be entered for each job board for each month. In the event a user attempts to enter more jobs then their allocated quota, the user will be warned, or even prevented from going over quota dependant on the user’s setup. This potentially saves a user going over their monthly job allocations.

Staff Setup:

PostOnce provides the ability to enter the details such as name, phone number, mobile and email for all consultants in their office into a single setup system and each time a new job is created the user can simply select the consultant managing that job. The consultant’s details will populate instantly saving the user from the continual data entry for each job.

Job Quicklist:

There is the ability to display a stock list of the jobs on the PostOnce system. The user can choose from the data they wish to display and the jobs are displayed in a print-friendly 'Quick list' format.

Job Slideshow:

This function displays a slideshow of your job ads on PostOnce. For example you may wish to place your computer monitor in your agency window or public foyer to allow viewing of all your jobs. After the slideshow has loaded, you may disconnect from the internet and it will continue to run.

Job Powering:

Website powering or backending is the ability to insert a fully customised job search engine into a client's website that will have the look and feel of the clients website and at the same time automatically update as the user enters their jobs into the PostOnce system.

PostOnce has job search engine software that provides website powering including functions such as a job search, job results, job details page as well as an email a friend, job application and a job alert which will allow the user to have your jobs sent to them each day with new jobs that match their criteria. More details can be seen here.

Reporting:

In the case that PostOnce is used to power a clients website, a report on jobs is provided. The report displays each of the jobs and how many times users of the website had viewed that job in a job results page, how many times they had looked at the job details page, how many times it had been sent out as an alert and how many applications the client has had from their website.
